Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new dealer on MotoDXR receives a 30-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No payment method is required during the trial period. You can explore the platform, list your inventory, and share your catalog link with customers before making any payment.

2. Paid Subscriptions

After the free trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription at ₹799 per month per dealership, billed monthly via Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking.

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial months
  • Unused subscription periods
  • Early cancellation
  • Change of mind after payment

The 30-day free trial is specifically designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate MotoDXR before any payment is required. We encourage you to fully explore all features during your trial period.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. There is no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations requested before your next billing date will take effect at the end of your current paid period
  • You will retain full access until the end of your paid period

5. What Happens After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Your public catalog goes offline immediately
  • All your data — listings, images, analytics, and team information — is preserved for 2 years
  • You can reactivate at any time by starting a new subscription; your catalog and data are restored instantly

6. Service Interruptions

Refunds are not provided for service outages, planned maintenance, or performance issues. In the event of a significant and prolonged outage caused by MotoDXR, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription period as a goodwill gesture.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

MotoDXR may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you via SMS at least 14 days in advance of any material changes.
