- Do I need a website already?
- No. A website is what you get. Every dealership gets a branded catalog at yourname.motodxr.com from the day it signs up, and it fills itself from the vehicles you add. If you already own a domain, you can point it at your catalog so the site runs under your own name instead.
- How long does it take to set up?
- Most dealerships are live the same day. You sign in with your phone number, enter your showroom details, and start adding vehicles. There is nothing to install, no developer to brief and no design decisions to make before your first listing goes online.
- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. Your catalog is an ordinary website that opens in any browser. Buyers browse your stock, filter by budget and make, and tap WhatsApp or Call to reach you. The app is for you and your team, not for your customers.
- What happens after the free trial?
- The trial runs 30 days with the full product and no card required to start. After that MotoDXR is ₹799 per month per dealership, GST included. If you do not continue, nothing is deleted — your website goes offline and your listings, photos and enquiry history wait for you.
- Is my data mine if I leave?
- Yes. Your inventory and enquiry history belong to your dealership. Stopping payment takes your public site offline but preserves everything behind it, and paying again restores the site immediately.
