Before You Delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone by you. Here is what happens when you delete your MotoDXR account:

  • Your personal information (name, email) will be permanently erased.
  • Your phone number will be released — it can be re-registered for a new account in the future.
  • You will be immediately signed out of the app on all devices.
  • If you are a team member or manager, your access to all showrooms will be revoked. The dealership and its inventory will continue under the owner.
  • If you are the sole owner of a dealership, the catalog will be taken offline immediately and all team members will lose access. Your vehicle inventory data is retained anonymously for our records.

What Is Retained

Indian tax and business law requires us to retain certain records. After deletion, we keep:

  • Anonymised payment and transaction history (your personal details are removed).
  • Aggregate analytics data with no personal identifiers.

How to Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the MotoDXR app:

  1. Open the MotoDXR app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to the app, submit your phone number below. Our support team will process your request within 30 days and email you a confirmation if an email address is on file.
